Mobile Service Check-In Form
Dues Camping Center charges a “call out fee” for the initial mobile service visit to your RV.
The call out fee is $75 if you are located within 10 miles of our shop, and $150 if you are further away.
In addition, we charge $150 per hour for time spent on site addressing your issue plus the cost of any parts used or installed by the mobile technician. We warranty our work for 90 days after it is performed. Your recourse for defective parts is solely to the manufacturer’s warranty.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
